1.备好食材

2.炒烧热

3.放入雪里蕻碎,用小火煸炒一分钟左右

4.拨到一边,另一另边放入食用油适量(这菜的油要大点,差不多是炒普通菜的两个菜的油)

5.油热后放入小米红椒粒,炒香

6.加入盐(这是重口味菜)

7.盐炒溶后,改大火(前面都是用小火)把雪里蕻和小米红椒一起翻炒

8.加入生抽适量

9.关火,用锅体余热炒拌匀即可。

10.又香、又酸、又脆,看着是不是吞酸水了呀。
小窍门&温馨提示
1.我喜欢吃纯酸香味,没有放蒜粒。
